Security Deposit
$100 deposit at time of booking, refunded upon return of keys and inspection by our housekeeper.
Check-In / Check Out
In order to allow our housekeeper time to ensure our house is ready for arriving guests, check-in time for arriving guests is 3PM and check-out time for departing guests is 10AM, unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
Availability: Dates in Red are NOT available. Dates with a triangle indicate dates of partial availability due to check-in or check-out.
